Deltak’s roots extend to 1996 and Eduprise, Inc., an e-learning services provider partnering with traditional colleges and universities to build online courses, provide faculty training and 24/7 help desk support for schools who saw the early potential for online education.

Collegis, Inc., a higher education focused IT outsourcing provider, acquired Eduprise in 2002. The organization that now comprises Deltak operated as Collegis and subsequently Collegis University Solutions (CUS) from 2003 through March 4, 2004, when the outsourcing business of Collegis was acquired by SunGard Data Systems. At that time, CUS became an independent entity and was renamed Deltak.

Many of our current professionals, including members of our management team, have been working with Deltak and our predecessor organizations assisting institutions with their online programs for over five years.
